Coogee Chemicals Subscribes to Placement Offer

Western Australian owned Coogee Chemicals Pty Ltd and its holding company, Chemco Pty Ltd (together Coogee Chemicals) confirms it has agreed to participate in a 12.5% equity capital placement in listed entity Buru Energy to the value of $20 million.
