From the Chairman

"Since its inception in 1971 as a small Western Australian copper sulphate producer, the company has established itself as a significant Chemical Manufacturer and Shore-Side Tank Terminal Operator in Australia and Malaysia.

The company now:

• manufactures chemicals for supply to the Mining/Agricultural and Process industries at 7 sites around Australia and in Malaysia
• has Shore-Side Tank Terminals for the import and distribution of bulk liquid chemicals at Kwinana, Port Hedland, Townsville and Brisbane
• operates a Dangerous Goods transport fleet of road tankers in Western Australia and Queensland

The company’s growth can be attributed in large part to its “can do” culture and the strategy of seeking out niche market opportunities when we either have or can develop significant competitive advantages.

In this global environment where there is unprecedented demand for many of the commodities produced by our customer base, we are presented with many exciting growth opportunities. However, the global environment also brings with it the full force of international competition and more than ever we are dependent on the skills, experience and commitment of our greatest asset – OUR PEOPLE."
