Commitment to the Environment

Coogee designs and operates its facilities to have minimal impact on the environment. The company values its role in preserving the surrounding environment and being a proactive proponent of sustainability and responsible environmental performance at all times.

With these simple and basic objectives in mind, the company has continued to manage its Kwinana operations under a strict “zero” emissions philosophy and has developed a waste minimisation plan to continue to reduce its overall average waste refuse and landfill disposal every year.

Coogee Chemicals has taken great pride in maintaining the immediate environment. As a result, our company has been awarded first prize in the Kwinana Beautiful Gardens Competition in the “Commercial and Industrial” division in both 2001 and 2002. It’s great to see that the gardens we enjoy have been recognised by others too!
