What is it?

Sodium Hydrosulphide Solution is commonly known as NaHS, KI-300 Depressant, or inorganic salt solution. It is a corrosive yellow to dark green liquid with a strong rotten egg odour.

Where is it applied?

The main uses for Sodium Hydrosulphide Solution include paper manufacture via the Kraft Process, as a flotation agent in Copper mining to separate impurities, and in the leather tanning industry to remove hair from hides.
